Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while setting tables according to event types and service standards. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability, then record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Present physical checks to guests and process payments. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and ensure a clean, professional appearance while welcoming and acknowledging all guests.
