Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service and handling payments. Must know the full menu (including daily specials and desserts), take and expedite guest orders from the kitchen, maintain regular attendance, and uphold hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include completing side-work per SOPs, serving in restaurant and/or banquet settings, delivering attentive service, balancing and reporting checks daily, and maintaining professional appearance and adherence to safety and hotel regulations.
