Server at Willie’s Grill and Icehouse delivering Guest First service with friendly, timely interactions; knowledgeable about menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails; process orders accurately through POS; maintain sanitation and cleanliness; manage cash and payments; collaborate with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to service guidelines; handle allergen inquiries and provide recommendations to guests; follow clock-in/out schedules and dress code; contribute to a positive guest experience from greeting to farewell.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Alcohol Certification required
- Food Handler’s Certificate as required
