Job Summary
Read tables to provide personalized experiences to guests through genuine interactions and sports engagement. Take orders, enter requests into the Point of Sale system, and serve food and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction. Remove dishes, restock stations, clean glassware, and maintain floor cleanliness in your assigned section. Check guest identification for alcohol consumption and process payments accurately. Participate in the company's Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Perform front-of-house support duties for opening and closing, including bussing, resetting tables, and cleaning menus. This part-time role averages 29 hours or less weekly, with full-time expectations at 36 to 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age
- Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Participation required for Company's Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS program

- Ability to Serve food and beverages to Guests
- Ability to Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals
- Ability to anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Ability to Inform Managers as needed
- Ability to Remove dishes and glassware from tables or bar top
- Ability to take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Ability to Collect and accurately process Guest payments
- Ability to Follow Steps of Service and other company standards
- Ability to Buss tables
