Job Summary
Read tables to provide personalized experiences through genuine interactions and sports engagement. Correctly take orders, enter requests into the Point of Sale system, and serve food and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction. Remove dishes, clean glassware, restock stations, and maintain floor cleanliness. Collect payments and participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs, including verifying guest identification for alcohol consumption. Perform FOH support duties such as opening and closing tasks, clocking out and back in if they exceed 10 minutes. This part-time role averages 29 hours weekly, with full-time expectations at 36 to 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age
- Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
