Job Summary
Conduct table service by reading guests, recommending food and beverage options, and taking orders into the Point of Sale system. Serve food and beverages while engaging in conversations about sports events and promotional activities. Check guest identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption. Remove dishes, reset tables, restock caddies, and clean menus to maintain operational cleanliness. Wash and sterilize glassware, remove debris from floors, and clean NTN tablets. Perform front-of-house support duties such as opening and closing tasks, clocking out and back in if tasks exceed ten minutes. Participate in the Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Work part-time averaging 29 hours or less per week, with full-time expectations at 36 to 40 hours.
