Job Summary
Read tables to provide personalized experiences through genuine interactions, recommend food and beverage options, and take orders into the Point of Sale system. Serve guests, process payments, and remove dishes to maintain cleanliness while ensuring satisfaction. Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs, including verifying IDs for alcohol consumption. Perform front-of-house support duties such as bussing, restocking, and cleaning, with specific clock-out procedures for tasks exceeding ten minutes. This part-time role averages 29 hours weekly, with advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age
- Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Participation required for Company's Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS program

- Ability to Remove dishes and glassware from tables or bar top and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Ability to Collect and accurately process Guest payments
- Ability to Follow Steps of Service and other company standards
- Ability to Buss, reset tables, restock table caddies, cleaning of menus and menu placement
- Ability to Stock server station and refilling ice bin
- Ability to Wash and sterilizing glassware and silverware
- Ability to Remove debris and spills from floor in assigned section
- Ability to Cleaning of NTN tablets after use
- Ability to Service, cleanliness and operational responsibilities
- Ability to Follow FOH Responsibilities
