Job Summary
Attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order, presenting menus and helping customers select food and beverages. Take and serve orders, answer questions, and make recommendations for other products while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. Issue bills, accept payment, and handle complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain and enhance customer service quality by following established health and safety standards. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-free environment, lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Food Handling experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with a team
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place
