Job Summary
Serve guests by utilizing Spare Time Entertainment’s Steps of Service and demonstrating extensive menu knowledge. Patrol assigned sections to meet guest needs while adhering strictly to alcohol service policies. Assist with food preparation, waste control, and maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and areas. Confidently operate the POS system for transactions and complete necessary shift paperwork. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and assist in preparing tables for incoming guests.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu and ability to make suggestions
- Knowledge of location’s features and events
- Experience with POS system
- Ability to maintain clean working areas
- Current certifications required by State
