Job Summary
Provide high-quality service as a Restaurant Server, taking and delivering orders, presenting menus, answering questions, and collaborating with kitchen/bar staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing tables with sanitation, attending to customers upon entrance, taking and serving orders, making recommendations, handling payments, and addressing complaints with a positive attitude. Emphasis on friendly, professional interaction, fast-paced environment, and a welcoming atmosphere. The role is based at Great American Steakhouse in El Paso, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
