Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service. Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment while demonstrating enthusiasm for new products and promotions. Assist other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service, understand product specifications, and verify that receipts match the number of guests dining. Perform opening and closing procedures, side work duties, and table bussing while bringing equipment or facility problems to the Manager's attention. Adhere to local health department laws and safe work practices to protect personal and coworker safety. Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards per your duty roster.
