Job Summary
Provide quality food and beverage service to Members and guests across banquets, bistro service, and table waiting. Prepare beverage orders, guide guests through menus, and ensure quality product delivery meets Management standards. Set and clear tables in dining and function rooms while maintaining a clean environment. Communicate guest concerns to team members and manage personal shift accounting procedures. Perform halfway house service duties throughout the fall season, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year serving experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- A self-starter and team player
- Smart Serve certification
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (age 18)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Able to work throughout the fall for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with the Squirrel POS system
- Post-Secondary courses related to hospitality
