Job Summary
Engage with residents by learning their preferences, special accommodations, and personal interests while maintaining friendly exchanges. Prepare dining rooms for meals and keep all areas clean, sanitizing dishes, silverware, and floors per company standards. Assist residents with menu selector sheets and use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work environment throughout the dining room, kitchen, and dish areas. Full-time shifts run 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, while part-time options include 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm or 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This role offers competitive pay starting at $14.00/hour for part-time or $15.00/hour for full-time, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role
