Job Summary
Maintain expert knowledge of products, events, and promotions while taking orders, expediting, and serving food and beverages accurately within time guidelines. Participate in promotional activities including social media, events, and photo sessions, and introduce or present live entertainment as required. Build client networks to increase guest loyalty while managing dining room demands in a fast-paced environment. Requires two years of high-volume restaurant experience, cash handling skills, and ability to carry up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Two years or more experience in a similar high-volume restaurant (casual dining) environment
- Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray
- Successful In-house testing on knowledge of specialty food and beverage items
- Successful In-house testing on service delivery and promotional ability
Desired Qualifications
- Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment or event training experience
- World Host / Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs
- Proven selling, marketing, and service skills in a dining, retail, or promotions environment
- Effective public speaking skills and presence
