Job Summary
Provide an excellent dining experience in a full-service restaurant by delivering food orders, describing Chef’s specials and wines, and maintaining service standards. Responsibilities include describing and presenting wines, delivering orders, carrying a 27-inch tray, performing steps of service, practicing sanitation, bussing and seating guests, handling POS transactions, communicating with kitchen staff, and upholding a professional, guest-focused hospitality environment. Requires knowledge of wine/service, ability to describe promotions and menu items, and compliance with safety and company policy; must wear black non-slip shoes. Certification requirements include maintaining a Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License and completing TIPS training within three months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to balance and reconcile cashier banks
- Maintain a valid and active Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License
- Complete TIPS training within three months of hire and maintain certification thereafter
