Job Summary
Serve Members and Guests by attending pre-function meetings, providing immediate attention, and accurately describing menu items and specials. Set up, serve, and clean corresponding Food & Beverage outlets by wiping tables, pouring beverages, writing orders on slips, entering orders into the POS system, and running food or drinks. Correct guest issues promptly, communicate respectfully with coworkers, and clean assigned work areas including folding napkins and polishing glassware. Assist with closing functions and be ready to support fellow employees as situations arise. This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods, lifting 30+ pounds, and working day, night, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our members and guests
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry trays/objects weighing up 30+ pounds through a crowded room
- Ability to handle many tasks at once
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift to perform job functions
- Must be a team player; possess the ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Must be able to work indoor and outdoor environments
- Must be able to work day and/or night hours, occasional long hours, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not a must
