Job Summary
Provide setup, service, and breakdown of food and beverages at Q Center events, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction. On-site role with flexible shifts (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends); duties include maintaining menu knowledge, adhering to BASSET procedures during liquor service, handling money and serving guests in a friendly, professional manner, and performing opening/closing and side work duties to ensure prompt service and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent.
