Job Summary
Provide attentive dining room service to guests, take and relay orders, deliver meals promptly, upsell specials and menu items, and guide guests through choices. Encourage enrollment in the Denny’s Rewards program and explain benefits. Maintain a clean dining area, process payments, and collaborate with FOH and BOH teams for smooth service. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, basic cash-handling skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
