Job Summary
Greet customers and take orders within three minutes of seating; enter orders accurately and know the menu to offer suggestions. Serve food and beverages at appropriate temperatures with proper garnishes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, stock service areas, and complete opening/closing duties. Exhibit respectful communication with guests and team, adhere to safe food handling procedures, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Minimum six months related experience is preferred; certifications/licenses not required. Minimum age 16 with adherence to state labor requirements; position is non-exempt and may be part-time. Must wear proper uniform and maintain professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements.
- Successful completion of required training, including reading training materials, watching videos, and completing on-the-job checklists and written quizzes.
