Job Summary
The role is a Full-Time Server at MBK Senior Living (The Bellettini, Bellevue, WA). The server is responsible for making residents’ dining experiences pleasant and positive by providing high-quality customer service, maintaining dining areas, seating residents, and serving meals. Responsibilities include taking written food orders, assisting with menu selections, serving from the left and clearing dishes, reviewing dietary needs with supervisors, tracking attendance at meals, greeting and seating residents, ensuring sanitary dining areas, adhering to grooming standards, supporting kitchen and dining services, and aiding in community marketing efforts. The role requires basic English communication, ability to operate serving equipment, physical stamina for long periods, and adherence to safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or older or proper work permit
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Complete health screening and negative TB test results (within last 6 months or within 7 days of employment)
- Basic counting skills for tracking meals/residents
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to operate standard serving equipment
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical duties (lift/carry 40+ lbs, push/pull carts)
- Must meet state licensing regulations and HIPAA requirements for senior living environments
- Must be mindful of resources and provide professional, courteous service to residents, families, and guests
- Complete dining room training course with CCG
- State-specific regulatory compliance as applicable
