Job Summary
Welcome and serve residents with professionalism and kindness, taking meal and beverage orders while delivering meals promptly. Set up and maintain the dining room before and after service, assisting residents with meal selections and special requests. Keep the environment clean, organized, and safe by following all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines. This role supports the Dining Services team at Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle, a Benchmark Senior Living Community, within the Frontline job family.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, server, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about serving others
