Job Summary
Server positions in Longhorn Village in Austin, TX. Hiring both full-time and part-time servers with at least 1+ year experience in a full-service restaurant, senior community atmosphere, or country club environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays. Up to $18 per hour with potential for a Lead Server role based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, short-term disability, life insurance, vacation and sick time, 403B retirement plan, and EAP. Final eligibility includes successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen. Requirements include ability to read, write, and follow directions; ability to relate positively to residents and families; ability to lift 20 lbs and push 200 lbs; must be 18+ to serve alcohol. Required Qualifications
