Job Summary
Set tables, maintain work stations, and take orders to provide superior service and cleanliness in the Culinary Services Department. Clear dishes, assist with dish washing, and reset tables while adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards. Serve customers using proper etiquette, answer menu questions, and ensure dietary needs are met correctly per policy. Maintain dining room organization and represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support top-line revenue and occupancy. Full-time staff receive PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and free meals; part-time roles offer daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school
- Food Handlers Certification
- Have or be able to obtain Finger Print Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid
- TB testing clearance
