Job Summary

Greet guests warmly, take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system, and communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve concerns professionally. Complete opening and closing side work, support banquet and special event service including setup and breakdown, and coordinate timing with kitchen and events teams. Maintain a clean, organized service area, bus and reset tables efficiently, follow sanitation standards, and monitor inventory levels. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced luxury environment, requiring a valid California Food Handler Card and prior restaurant experience.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
  • Ability to work in varying environments (kitchen, outdoor dining, storage areas)
  • Manual dexterity to operate service equipment
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction, food quality, and safety
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
