Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, prepare checks, and process payments while escorting guests to tables and managing counter seating. Clear and reset tables, operate the P.O.S. system, and maintain stocked, tidy side stands. Perform opening and closing procedures, handle cashiering functions, and ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and alcohol certification requirements. Work in a high-pressure environment serving guests with warm, professional courtesy.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
