Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, prepare itemized checks, and accept payments while escorting guests to tables and managing cash registers. Clear and reset tables, operate the P.O.S. system, and ensure side stands remain stocked and tidy. Perform opening and closing procedures, handle cashiering functions, and verify patron identification for alcohol compliance. Work in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and completing station rotation assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
