Job Summary
Serve food and beverages efficiently while operating cash registers and managing daily cash deposits. Rotate and restock dry, frozen, and chill products, organizing supplies and reporting any quality or waste issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean snack area and restaurant, disposing of trash properly and securing keys at shift end. Complete all opening and closing procedures per checklist, ensuring compliance with state laws for alcohol service. Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or injuries immediately to the supervisor while modeling safety rules. Additional duties may include food preparation, light cooking, and beverage cart shifts. Must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift and wear non-slip shoes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand throughout a duration of assigned shift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
