Job Summary
Server responsible for serving residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly, courteous manner within a senior living community. Duties include accurately taking residents' and guests' food and beverage orders into the POS, setting up and bussing tables, following proper serving etiquette, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting teamwork across departments. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more). Located in El Dorado Hills, CA, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
