Server

Serve meals to residents and set tables in dining rooms. Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattops, ranges, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas. Bus dining rooms as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine. Wash pots and pans, put clean dishes away, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and dispose of garbage appropriately. Comply with all policies and procedures and updates. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports University Place, a continuing care retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing services.
