Follow all BYOB steps completely, reading orders back to guests and using their names upon delivery and at check back. Maintain impeccably neat uniforms, tables, and welcome areas while anticipating guest needs before they are asked. Own the entire dining experience as the final quality control checkpoint, ensuring every guest feels important and special, especially children.
