Job Summary
Server at Four Seasons Residence Club in Carlsbad, CA provides exceptional quality and service to Seasons Restaurant guests. Responsibilities include anticipating and serving guests' requirements, delivering an unobtrusive dining experience, knowing the wine list and wine/beverage service, using the Captain's Pad for communication, completing opening/closing side work, presenting menus and explaining items (including children’s menus), offering specialty trays (cheese/fruit), operating the Residence Club POS to ring up sales, carrying and resetting tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction while addressing issues and communicating with management. Must demonstrate proficiency in English and bring 1–2 years of food and beverage serving experience, plus credentials such as a San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and RBS certification. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience
- Excellent knowledge of food, preparation, and wines
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire)
- RBS certification
