Job Summary
Server for Assisted Living Community: provides dining room set-up, serves meals and beverages, maintains dining room cleanliness, assists with orientation and training of new food servers, and adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures. Shifts include full-time and part-time options (11am-7pm and 4pm-7pm) with evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus every-other weekend off; no tipping is involved. Responsibilities include taking meal orders, serving meals, ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Requires ability to perform duties satisfactorily and maintain hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fine dining preferred, or a willingness to learn
