Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting. Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap. Present the menu, answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, and be prepared to handle continuous table-side serving. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicating special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros. Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment, and assist other servers in their areas when appropriate. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties. Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, work at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays.
