Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, pull chairs, and present menus while answering questions about the Churrasco preparation methods. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros, and place orders with cashiers for payment. Assist other servers in your area and complete beginning or closing shift duties. This role requires lifting objects up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace during weekends and holidays. Full-time hourly team members receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days, while part-time staff access minimum essential coverage and voluntary benefits like pet insurance.
