Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, pull their chairs, and present the menu while answering questions about preparation methods and the continuous table-side serving concept. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicate special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros, and place orders with cashiers for payment. Assist other servers in your area and complete all beginning and closing shift duties. You must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods at a quick pace, and work weekends and holidays. Full-time hourly Team Members receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability after 60 days, while part-time staff receive minimum essential coverage plus voluntary benefits like pet insurance.
