Job Summary
Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting. Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap. Present the menu, answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, and be prepared for continuous table-side serving. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicate special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros, and place orders with Cashiers for payment processing. Assist other servers in their areas and complete beginning or closing shift duties. This role requires lifting objects up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods, and working at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday work is mandatory. The position offers a fixed rate of $2.13 plus tips, with medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 60 days of employment for full-time staff.
