Job Summary
Flight Club is hiring Servers to deliver a high-quality guest experience in an energetic Front of House environment. Responsibilities include listening to guests, understanding preferences, and using knowledge of menus, packages, and alcohol policies; building rapport with guests; handling transactions via the till system; adhering to pre-order processes; ensuring efficient opening/closing procedures; proactively anticipating guest needs; creating a welcoming atmosphere; training new servers; and meeting training/exam requirements in Food & Beverage and related training. Compensation includes $11.35 per hour plus tips, with benefits, PTO, 401k, and other employee perks; equal opportunity employer policy applies. Current certifications and US work authorization are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current food handlers certification maintained through employment
- Alcohol certification maintained through employment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
- Authorized to legally work in the US
