Job Summary
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments using point-of-sale terminals while maintaining extensive knowledge of the menu to guide guests and drive sales. Monitor guest experience, address concerns promptly, and verify legal drinking age. Keep tables, chairs, and golf simulators clean and presentable, ensuring all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service are followed. Assist with closing duties as needed and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology, products, and promotions. Work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, standing and bending for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
- Nights and weekends required
