Job Summary
Take food and drink orders, process payments via point-of-sale terminals, and ensure timely, courteous service while upselling to drive sales. Maintain extensive knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest questions and make recommendations, then monitor experiences to promptly address any concerns. Keep golf simulators, tables, and surrounding areas clean and presentable, verify guests' legal drinking age, and follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist with closing duties and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology, products, and promotions. Work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, standing, walking, and bending for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
- Nights and weekends required
