Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service that reflects the elevated standards of our new upscale dining establishment in Houston. Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of ingredients and chef recommendations, taking accurate orders into the POS system efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, precise service while monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Tailor the dining experience to each guest by reading cues and adjusting service style, proactively identifying allergy or dietary needs to ensure safety. Maintain a polished presence in a fast-paced environment, handling payments accurately and reconciling cash at shift end. Ensure cleanliness in assigned sections and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with a valid Food Handler and State Alcohol Server Certificate.
