Job Summary
We seek experienced Fine Dining Servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our core values. Responsibilities include dining room setup, serving guests following established procedures, maintaining cleanliness, computing guest checks, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have extensive restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining, along with strong communication and service skills to cater to an affluent clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years’ previous hospitality experience
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours
- Must be alert to guest needs
- Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to forty (40) pounds
- Must pass state alcohol certification examination
- Must pass all tests with a grade of 90% or higher

- 10 years restaurant experience
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant service

- Good hearing for accurate communication
