Job Summary
Ring the dinner bell and create unique, Texas-sized experiences for guests by shining silverware, polishing glassware, and serving locally sourced Farm to Fork meals. Guide diners through the full dining journey, recommending perfect pairings of wine, whiskey, and hand-crafted cocktails to complement Chef-inspired dishes. Maintain southern hospitality standards while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. This role requires at least two years of serving experience, current Food Handler's and TABC certifications, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Hourly workers averaging 30 hours per week qualify for medical insurance, and employees aged 21 or older with 1,000 hours of service become eligible for a 401k after one year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years serving experience
- Must be able to read, write, & speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- Maintain a current TABC Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
