Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner while maintaining clean, safe, and organized dining areas. Take orders accurately into the POS system, process payments, and handle cash per company procedures. Answer guest questions, make recommendations, and resolve concerns or escalate issues to management. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations in our family entertainment centers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
