Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests while providing detailed menu information and assisting with dietary restrictions. Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation. Serve food and beverages promptly, monitor guest satisfaction, and address any concerns professionally. Upsell specials and beverages based on guest preferences, maintain table cleanliness, and set up dining areas with appropriate utensils. Process payments accurately for cash and electronic transactions while following all health and safety guidelines. Previous server experience is required, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. This role offers a base wage of $9.00/hour plus tips, guaranteeing at least $15.00/hour in accordance with applicable wage laws.
