Job Summary
Server role in an Italian-inspired dining concept emphasizing guest service, menu knowledge, and a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing detailed menu information, noting dietary restrictions, taking and processing orders via POS, coordinating with kitchen and bar, delivering food and beverages promptly, addressing guest concerns, upselling and recommending items, maintaining clean, welcoming tables and dining areas, and adhering to health, safety, and company policies. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
