Greet guests and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; take accurate orders, input into POS, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service. Deliver food and beverages promptly, monitor guest satisfaction, upsell and recommend items, maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Process payments, issue receipts, and uphold restaurant policies and health/safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
