Job Summary
Server responsibilities include providing quality, genuine hospitality to guests in a timely manner; ensuring guests feel welcome; optimizing service efficiency to increase table turns; delivering food and beverages; pre-bussing and maintaining table cleanliness; assisting with keeping the restaurant clean and safe; following cash handling policies and procedures; resolving guest complaints; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires passion for food and hospitality, energetic and positive interaction with guests and team members, and at least 1 year of serving experience. The role is positioned within a locally owned restaurant (Taverna Costale) that emphasizes a welcoming dining experience and adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
Required Qualifications
