Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence. Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences, and serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit, process payments accurately using POS systems, and maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations. Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar, keep tables and surrounding areas clean and stocked, and assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties. Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed. This role requires previous restaurant or hospitality experience, the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds, and attendance at mandatory training sessions.
