Server

As a Server at Es Vedra Cinemas, provide a dine-in experience by greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting guests with menu selections and recommendations, serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness of tables and server stations, clearing dishes, refilling drinks, promoting menu items and promotions to boost sales, processing guest payments, communicating with kitchen staff and bartenders, addressing inquiries or complaints professionally, adhering to health and safety regulations, assisting with closing duties, and supporting overall operations. Required skills include strong verbal communication, guest-focused hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education includes HS Diploma or GED, 18+ age, and Food Handler’s plus state alcohol certifications; previous experience is preferred. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
