Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, present menus, and offer personalized food and beverage pairings. Take orders according to cooking and prep times, ensuring seamless service while partnering with team members to meet guest expectations. Communicate with diners to collect feedback, observe dining processes, and respond to additional needs. Clean and set up dining areas, refill service areas per department standards, and perform other reasonable duties as requested. Maintain accuracy on all food, cocktail, beer, and wine menus while demonstrating knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and wine pairings. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and flexibility in a demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exhibit food knowledge.
- Must be able to detail and define all ingredients on the food menu, and recommend menu pairings accordingly.
- Must be familiar with cooking methods and prep times.
- Display wine and beverage knowledge.
- Must maintain accuracy of all items on the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu.
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.
